Daniel spent decades working for global technology organizations, managing global projects, implementing successful sales teams and launching new branches. At Sweetview Partners, he specializes in taking healthy Texas businesses, with $1M to $20M in revenue, to the next level. It’s a passion and a whole lot of fun. And if the "exit plan" for 11 out of 12 small businesses in the U.S. turns out to be just closing the doors, he aims to be like Wesley in The Princess Bride: “I just want to propose, ‘Perhaps you would consider me as an alternative to death?’"

Darrin Pitts, Acquisitions Principal

Darrin has spent more than 25 years in the homebuilding industry, focused specifically on sales and management. During that time, he repeatedly broke sales records and led sales teams to do the same. Darrin is the president of Vintage Mark Homes in Katy, Texas, and previously served as general sales manager for JMC Homes. His deep expertise and robust network in the construction industry allow him to identify companies ready for acquisition and to find the right leaders to shepherd those businesses to greater success.
